A very scariest thing happened to me on my first day of work. First of all, I am not used to make reservation while I received a phone. Some customers urged that deal with matter quickly or asked many questions that I could not answer. So, I was embarrassed and I couldn’t ask for help to seniors. On my first day of work, I remembered that I ran over the whole office not knowing what to do

Now, I read your post,I remembered my first day of my work.^^Right~It was very nervous moment.But, now?I'm not..I though that I have to remember about at the first time of everything.Thank you~^^ Have a goooood day~~
It's hard settling into a new job. I can imagine how difficult and intimidating it must have been. People can be very demanding and working in the customer servie industry isn't easy.
Here are some tips.
1. "A very scary thing..."
2. "I wasn't used to making reservations on the phone."
3. "Some customers pushed me to deal with matters quickly or.."
4. "..and I couldn't ask my seniors for help."
5. "I ran all over the office not.."
I also had similar first day like you have...
